We set up skill development academy for different Industry verticals enabling the youth, Differently abled and Women returning back to work engage and experience the workplace scenarios through the able mentoring of respective mentors from the Industry.
Over a period of sessions ,they are trained on the role and skills for that Industry making them ready for taking up a fulfilling career with the organization in that Industry.
For example Training on Banking products, credit processing, Loan Products, Savings products , Relationship management, sales , Gold loans and so on can make an Individual understand the roles where they can fit in better and ready to fit the requirement for a banking or NBFC relationship or operations or processing much better than a complete fresh candidate.
By sponsoring and engaging with the youth, women and Specially abled Individuals every sponsoring organization is building a healthy bridge towards their recruitment hiring process and also a strong brand equity and recall among the same segment and their families.
The Graduate recruitment and student recruitment process gives a steady flow of trained resource well suited for the roles and responsibilities they are applying. During the training period the screening of every profile gives an insight to the behavioural and attitudinal aspects of the candidates and the cultural fit is well addressed.
